Data acquisition system DAS with program GRADIENT |

The program GRADIENT acquires the force data and the NADH fluorescence data. It calculates from the NADH fluorescence decay the ATPase activity. The calibration in mM ADP/s can easily be performed.
A sophisticated routine controlling the Gradient Maker, and evaluating the data is included. An experiment simulation routine allows easy experiment planning.
