The gradient maker allows measuring a complete pCa - force and pCa - ATPase relationship within approximately 30min. The data acquisition system DAS with the program GRADIENT controls the experiment operating the dosage roller pump and calculating the actual Ca concentrations in the cuvette. An experiment simulation routine allows convenient experiment planning. |
