Rapid Temperature - Jump System TJUMP for Skinned Muscle preparations
The system contains five incubation vessels within a row. The preparation can be changed from one incubation medium into the next within less than 250ms. The outer incubation solution vessels are temperature controlled between 0°C and 42°C. The middle three vessels are controlled between 30°C and 42°C.
Only short jumps into warm solution keeps especially skinned skeletal preparations healthy, which normally degrade irreversibly, if contracted longer than for 500ms at 37°C.
The system can be equipped with the linear motor set and its control units.
The system can be equipped with the slightly modified laser system SARCSC for the determination of the sarcomere length (statically with the screen, time resolved with the One Dimensional Camera).
The data acquisition system DAS with the program MUSCLEDATA controls both, the Temperature - Jump system and the Motor set.

Multi - Vessel incubation carriage MUVE for skinned muscle preparations
The Multi - Vessel Incubation carriage allows changing rapitly (within 1.5s) from one incubation solution to another.
The incubation vessel CUVSA contains 350µl
The incubation vessel CUVSB contains 1500µl, this vessel can be stirred with an magnetic bar.
