SIH was founded in 1988 by Prof. Konrad Guth to provide specialized research equipment in the field of muscle physiology & biophysics. Over the next 20 years the most complete line of muscle research equipment was established and this propelled SIH to the most complete premier muscle research solution provider in the world. SIH products are sold world wide and are used in some of the most prestigious universities, hospitals, innovative pharmaceutical companies and research Institutions. SIH has always followed new developments in the muscle field and advances in biotechnology instrumentation closely and turned these into integrated complete solutions for researchers.
Coming from an academic origin at the University of Heidelberg, SIH has a keen awareness for quality, application support, and capital preservation.
